This guide explains how the krogerfeedback works, who is eligible, what rewards may be available, how to complete the process correctly using a valid receipt and common problem you may face during the survey.

What Is the Kroger Feedback Survey?

The Kroger Feedback Survey is a customer satisfaction questionnaire offered to shoppers who make a purchase at a Kroger store. It allows customers to share feedback about:

  • Store cleanliness
  • Staff friendliness
  • Checkout speed
  • Product availability
  • Overall shopping experience

Feedback helps Kroger evaluate store performance and improve service standards.

Why Kroger Offers Rewards with krogerfeedback?

Since you’ve decided to dive deeper into KrogerFeedback, it’s natural to wonder: why does Kroger give away these rewards for free? Is it a gimmick?

The truth is, the Kroger fuel points program is open to almost everyone, even those with a purchase under a dollar. Getting $1.20 worth of fuel for less than a dollar may seem odd, and stacking multiple receipts for more points can sound too good to be true.

But it’s not a gimmick. For Kroger, these small rewards are actually a cost-effective way to gather meaningful customer insights.

Why does KrogerFeedback exist?

You might think the survey is just about customer satisfaction, giving out fuel points to keep shoppers happy. That’s partially true—but it’s only part of the story.

Millions of people take KrogerFeedback every year. Some aim for the $5,000 sweepstakes, others just want the bonus fuel points, and a few participate for fun but most customers in reality are happy to shave off a little from their monthly gas bills.

Here’s what Kroger gains:

Your opinion counts. Every response adds to a nationwide feedback pool that shows what shoppers really think.

Your feedback gives Kroger understanding to stock better products on the shelves. By knowing what’s in demand, Kroger can stock smarter and keep your favorites available.

A smoother shopping trip.
Questions about store layout, staff behavior, and product availability help Kroger improve your next visit.

Staying ahead of the competition.
This feedback helps Kroger compete with giants like Walmart, Aldi, and Target by responding faster to customer needs.

So while you enjoy bonus fuel points or dream about that $5,000 sweepstakes, remember: your feedback is worth far more to Kroger than the rewards. The insights collected are invaluable for improving stores, products, and services nationwide.

The Shoppers Advantage - www.krogerfeedback.com 50 bonus fuel points

Fuel Points = Real Savings

Every 100 points = $0.10 off per gallon (up to 35 gallons). Two surveys a month = $1.20 saved per month on gas. Multiply that by 12 months → real annual savings.

Sweepstakes = Free Money Chance

Even if you don’t win, you’re still earning points. But if you do win, it could be worth thousands.

  3. I’m a great fan of Kroger’s $6.00 mini cakes . Although, I am curious why none of the stores in my area ( Flint / Genesee County , MI ) offer the coconut cake in that size ? Why not give it a try ? I believe it would be a huge success !!!
That’s my 2 cents . Thanks for the opportunity to offer input and keep up the great services !!!

  5. Trying to complete this survey is almost impossible. Utterly difficult directions, one after another, obviously intended to discourage anyone from attempting to get the 50 extra points. I’m going into the store tomorrow and have them do this survey with me!
    It’s practically – a SCAM.
