What is the Kroger Points Calculator?

The Kroger Points Calculator helps you estimate how many Points you can earn from your shopping and what they’re worth: a fuel discount per gallon at Kroger fuel centers, or dollars off groceries.

How do Kroger Points work?

You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on eligible purchases at Kroger or partner stores such as Fred Meyer, King Soopers, Smith’s, and others. Every 100 points equals a $0.10 discount per gallon (up to $1.00/gal), or $1 off groceries (daily limit 1,000 points, $10).

Who are Kroger’s partner stores where I can use this calculator?

This calculator works for all Kroger family stores, including Fred Meyer, King Soopers, Smith’s, Ralphs, Dillon’s, Baker’s, City Market, QFC, Fry’s, and Gerbes.

What are Boost Members?

Boost Members are Kroger loyalty members who get 2x Points on every purchase made with their Boost membership. It’s an easy way to double your points.

How do I earn 2x or 4x Points?

Kroger often runs special promotions offering 2x or 4x Points on select products such as gift cards or seasonal items. The calculator allows you to add these purchases to estimate your total points more accurately. Check Kroger Weekly Ad for currently running promotions

Do I get bonus points for completing the Kroger Feedback survey?

Yes. Customers who complete the KrogerFeedback survey receive an additional 50 Points as a reward, limited to one per 7 days.

How much can I save per gallon with Points?

Every 100 Points equals a $0.10 discount per gallon, up to a maximum of $1.00 off per gallon regardless of how many points you have, valid for up to 35 gallons of fuel in a single transaction.

Can I use Points for groceries instead of fuel?

Yes. Every 100 Points equals $1 off groceries, up to a daily limit of 1,000 points ($10) per household. You can split your Points between fuel and groceries.

Is there a limit on how many gallons I can redeem Points for?

Yes. The discount can be applied to up to 35 gallons in a single fill-up, and the per-gallon discount tops out at $1.00 no matter how many points you redeem.

Can I combine multiple discounts or Points from different stores?

Points from one Kroger Family store are typically redeemable across other partner fuel centers within the same region, but they cannot be combined from different loyalty accounts.

How long are Points valid?

Points earned in a given month are valid until the end of the following month. For example, points earned in November expire at the end of December.

Can I earn Points on non-grocery items?

Yes. You can earn points on most in-store and online purchases, including household items and pharmacy purchases. Some exclusions may apply, such as alcohol, tobacco, and lottery tickets.

Can I earn Points on gift cards?

Yes. You earn 2 Points per $1 on most gift card purchases, and Kroger occasionally runs 4x Points promotions on select gift cards.

Can I track my Points balance?

Yes. You can check your balance anytime through the Kroger app, your online account, or on your receipt after each purchase.

Are Points transferable between accounts?

No, Points are non-transferable and linked to the loyalty card or digital account used during purchase.
