Kroger MyInfo Login (myinfo.kroger.com): Pay, Benefits & Personal Info

Quick Answer: How to log into MyInfo Kroger

Go to myinfo.kroger.com in your browser and sign in with your Kroger Enterprise User ID (EUID) and password. The same sign-in is used across Kroger's associate tools, including FEED and MyTime. If you forgot your password, use the reset option on the sign-in page, or ask your store manager or HR for help.

About Kroger MyInfo

What is MyInfo?

MyInfo is one of Kroger’s associate portals, at myinfo.kroger.com. Associates describe it as the place that holds their job, pay and time-off information. Some associates say it replaced ExpressHR (ess.kroger.com) in their division, while Kroger’s FEED Mobile app listing still refers to ExpressHR for pay stubs. Kroger has not published a side-by-side comparison, so which portal you use for HR and pay can depend on your division. When in doubt, ask HR which one to use.

MyInfo is used by associates across Kroger’s banners, including Ralphs, King Soopers, Fred Meyer, Harris Teeter, Smith’s, Fry’s, Dillons, Pick ‘n Save, Mariano’s and QFC, and you sign in with your own EUID.

What you need to log in

  • Your Kroger Enterprise User ID (EUID), provided when you were hired.
  • Your password.
  • A current browser, or the FEED Mobile app on your phone.

New hire? Access is set up during onboarding, so ask your manager if your login isn’t active yet.

How to log in to MyInfo, step by step

  1. Open your browser and go to myinfo.kroger.com. Confirm the address ends in .kroger.com.
  2. Enter your EUID and password on Kroger’s sign-in page.
  3. Follow any extra prompts your division shows.
  4. Use the menu to find the information you need, then sign out, especially on a shared device.

What can you do inside MyInfo?

What you see depends on your division and role. Associates commonly use it to review job and pay information and time-off balances. Pay stubs, tax forms and benefits information may be available through MyInfo or through ExpressHR depending on your division. If something you expect is missing, ask HR where to find it.

How to Check Your Kroger Work Schedule in MyInfo

Schedules and time-related tasks are handled in MyTime (mytime.kroger.com), not in MyInfo. You can also see your schedule in the FEED Mobile app, which has a Schedule tab for hourly associates. See our MyTime login and schedule guide for details.

How to View Your Paystub in MyInfo

  1. Sign in to MyInfo, or to ExpressHR at ess.kroger.com, or open FEED Mobile and choose ExpressHR from your profile menu or the quick link.
  2. Look for the pay stub / pay section.
  3. Choose the pay date and open or download the stub.

Save any stubs you need for loans, rentals or taxes, because access can end when your employment does. See our Kroger pay stub guide and ESS guide.

Forgot your password?

Use the reset option on the sign-in page. If that doesn’t work, ask your store manager or HR to help or to contact Kroger’s associate help desk for you.

MyInfo vs. ESS vs. MyTime vs. FEED — What's the Difference?

  • MyInfo (myinfo.kroger.com): job, pay and time-off information for many associates, and a gateway to other tools.
  • ESS / ExpressHR (ess.kroger.com): the older HR and pay portal; Kroger’s app listing still points to it for pay stubs. See the ESS guide.
  • MyTime (mytime.kroger.com): schedules and time-related tasks. See the MyTime guide.
  • FEED (FEED Mobile app): news, associate deals, a Schedule tab and links into other tools. See the FEED app guide.

Because Kroger has not published an official comparison, ask HR which portal applies to your division.

MyInfo on Mobile — The Kroger FEED App

The official associate app is called FEED Mobile (publisher: The Kroger Co.), on the App Store and Google Play. There is no separate app named “MyInfo Kroger.” FEED gives you news, associate deals, a Schedule tab and a link to ExpressHR for pay stubs. See our FEED Mobile guide. Only install it from the official stores.

Troubleshooting MyInfo Kroger: Problems and how to fix them

  • “Invalid credentials”: retype your EUID and password, check Caps Lock and try a password reset.
  • Page won’t load: try another browser or a private window, clear your cache, or try the FEED Mobile app or a different network.
  • Sign-in loops back: allow cookies for kroger.com and disable extensions that block scripts.
  • Account locked or no access yet: ask your store manager or HR. New hires may not have access until onboarding is complete.
  • Not sure the site is real: the address must end in .kroger.com. Do not enter your login on lookalike sites.
  • Need help: your store manager or HR first. Kroger’s associate help desk details are in your onboarding materials and on FEED.
