Kroger Survey Rewards
Kroger’s customer survey, at kroger.com/feedback, offers one reward on its start page: a 50 point bonus, limited to one per 7 days. Here is what that bonus is worth and what we could not confirm.
What the survey page says
The start page reads “Limit one 50 Fuel Points Survey Bonus per 7 days.” It asks for the Entry ID printed on your receipt, or the date and time of your visit if there is no ID. The page still uses the old “Fuel Points” name. Kroger renamed Fuel Points to Points on June 25, 2026, so the bonus should appear as Points in your account. If it has not posted after several days, call Kroger Customer Care at 1-800-KRO-GERS (1-800-576-4377).
What 50 points is worth
- On groceries, 100 points take $1 off, so 50 points is 50 cents. Kroger limits grocery redemption to 1,000 points ($10) per household per day.
- On fuel, 100 points take 10 cents off per gallon, up to $1 per gallon on up to 35 gallons. Fifty points is 5 cents a gallon, or $1.75 on a 35 gallon fill-up.
- Points expire on the last day of the month after you earn them, so use them soon.
It is a small reward. Most of the value is in helping the store hear about your visit.
Is there a prize drawing?
Earlier versions of this page listed a $5,000 grand prize and 100 gift cards of $100. We could not find those on Kroger’s survey page, so they are gone. The start page mentions no drawing. If one is offered inside the survey, the official rules are shown there. Read them before you count on a prize. Harris Teeter’s separate survey does mention a sweepstakes, and we cover it on the Harris Teeter feedback page.
Getting the bonus to post
- Only one bonus counts every 7 days, so a second survey inside that window is unlikely to add anything.
- Answer “Yes” to the Entry ID question if your receipt has one and type it exactly. Otherwise choose “No” and enter the visit date and time as printed.
- There are grocery and pharmacy versions of the survey. Pick the one that matches the trip you are reporting.
- Points need an account to land in. In our understanding that means the trip was paid for with your Rewards Card or alternate ID, though Kroger’s page does not say so.
