What to Expect at Kroger and How to Get Help

Kroger has a lot of ways to shop and a lot of ways to reach someone when something goes wrong. This page pulls together what Kroger says about how you can shop, and where to turn for help.

Ways to shop

In its June 2026 announcement about its rewards program, Kroger described three main options:

• In store, the usual way.
• Pickup from a nearby store after ordering on Kroger.com or in the app.
• Delivery, which Kroger says can arrive in as little as 30 minutes.

Kroger also says its full range is available through the DoorDash and Uber Eats marketplaces, shopped from your local store. Kroger states that the items and prices for pickup and delivery match what’s in store. Check that on your own order, since offers vary by location.

Savings and rewards

Points, digital coupons and Boost membership all sit on top of the shopping options. We cover them in how to save money at Kroger. The short version: use your rewards card or Alt ID every time, load coupons before you shop, and use your Points before they expire.

• Chat: available from Kroger’s Contact Us page.
• Phone: customer care is 1-800-KRO-GERS (1-800-576-4377). Kroger lists hours as Monday to Friday 7am to midnight Eastern, and Saturday and Sunday 7am to 9:30pm Eastern.
• Pharmacy: Kroger lists 1-800-576-4377 for pharmacy questions, and 1-888-852-2567 for The Little Clinic.
• Gift cards: Kroger lists 1-800-576-4377 for balance and order questions.
• At the register: if a coupon or discount didn’t apply, ask the cashier before you leave. Kroger’s coupon help says to do that.
