What happened to ExpressHR, SecureWEB & Kroger Associate Connect?
These are older names for the same underlying system. ExpressHR was Kroger’s original self-service portal. SecureWEB was an earlier login gateway. Kroger Associate Connect was a transitional name used during the system merger. All of them now redirect through Kroger’s Single Sign-On (SSO) to the MyInfo dashboard. How to View Your Paystub in MyInfo

Log in and navigate to Payroll or Pay Stubs
From the MyInfo dashboard, click on
Payroll or Pay Stubs in the main menu. Some roles see this under My Pay or Earnings.2

Pay stubs are listed by pay period end date. Select the one you want. Remember — stubs are posted every Wednesday for the following Friday payday. If it’s Monday or Tuesday, the current week’s stub doesn’t exist yet.

Troubleshooting MyInfo Kroger: Problems and how to fix them
❌ “Invalid credentials” — I know my password is right
Password expiry is the cause in 80% of these cases. Kroger passwords expire every 90 days without a clear warning. Try resetting first before assuming anything else is wrong:
- Click
Forgot Passwordon the login page - Enter your EUID and verify with your employee ID + date of birth
- Create a new password (8+ characters, upper, number, special character)
- Open a fresh browser tab and log in again
❌ My account is locked — too many failed attempts
Account lockouts cannot be self-resolved through the portal. You need:
- At work: Ask your store manager or bookkeeper to unlock via the IAM admin tool — fastest option.

❌ myinfo.kroger.com won’t load or shows a blank page
Work through these in order:
- Check your internet connection — switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa

❌ Login redirects to Microsoft Authenticator instead of the password screen
This is a known issue when Microsoft Authenticator is installed on your device. The Kroger SSO system tries to route through it and gets stuck.
- Quick fix: Temporarily uninstall Microsoft Authenticator, then log into MyInfo normally with your EUID and password
- Once logged in successfully, reinstall Authenticator and configure your Kroger work email account within it properly
