MyInfo Kroger Login: Access Paystubs, Schedule & Employee Portal

Quick Answer: How to log into MyInfo Kroger

Go to myinfo.kroger.com in any browser. Enter your Kroger Enterprise User ID (EUID) — e.g. jd12345 — click Continue, then enter your password and click Sign In. Your EUID and password are the same credentials you use on every other Kroger employee portal. Once inside, you can check your work schedule, view and download paystubs, access W-2 forms, update personal information, manage benefits, and link to the FEED app. If your password has expired (Kroger requires a reset every 90 days), use the Forgot Password link on the login page or call the Help Desk at 1-800-952-8889.

About Kroger MyInfo

If you work at Kroger, MyInfo is the employee portal you’ll use more than any other. It’s where your pay stubs live, where your W-2 is waiting every January, where you update your address and banking details, and where you connect to your schedule and benefits. One login, one place, all of it.

The confusion most associates run into is the naming — Kroger has used several portal names over the years (ESS, ExpressHR, SecureWEB, Associate Connect) and they all now point to the same MyInfo system. This guide explains exactly how to log in, what you’ll find inside, and how to fix every problem that comes up.

What Is MyInfo Kroger?

MyInfo Kroger is Kroger’s official employee self-service (ESS) portal, accessible at myinfo.kroger.com. It’s the digital hub for every Kroger associate — from hourly store associates at every banner to salaried managers and corporate staff — covering pay, HR, scheduling, benefits, and personal account management.

Think of MyInfo as the central control panel for your employment at Kroger. You don’t call HR for a pay stub copy, you don’t ask your manager to look up your W-2, and you don’t wait for a paper letter to arrive — you log into MyInfo and handle it yourself, 24 hours a day, from any device.

What happened to ExpressHR, SecureWEB & Kroger Associate Connect? These are older names for the same underlying system. ExpressHR was Kroger’s original self-service portal. SecureWEB was an earlier login gateway. Kroger Associate Connect was a transitional name used during the system merger. All of them now redirect through Kroger’s Single Sign-On (SSO) to the MyInfo dashboard. If you have an old bookmark that isn’t working, go directly to myinfo.kroger.com.

MyInfo is used by all Kroger-family banner stores — not just locations branded as “Kroger.” If you work at Ralphs, King Soopers, Fred Meyer, Harris Teeter, Smith’s Food & Drug, Fry’s, Dillons, Pick ‘n Save, or Mariano’s, your employee portal is the same MyInfo system with the same URL and the same login credentials.

What You Need to Log In

Before you start, make sure you have these three things ready:

  • Your Kroger Enterprise User ID (EUID) — assigned at onboarding, typically formatted as your initials followed by numbers (e.g., jd12345). Not your email address, not your employee badge number.
  • Your Kroger SSO password — the same password you use on the store computer, MyTime, the ESS portal, and the FEED app. Expires every 90 days.
  • A browser or the FEED app — Chrome or Microsoft Edge work best for the web portal. Safari and Firefox also work but occasionally have PDF download issues.
New employee? Account takes 3–7 days to activate If you were just hired and your EUID isn’t working yet, this is normal. Kroger’s HR provisioning system takes a few days to create your account. Ask your store manager to confirm your EUID was submitted and allow up to a week before calling the Help Desk.

How to Log Into MyInfo Kroger — Step by Step

1
Open your browser and go to myinfo.kroger.com
Type myinfo.kroger.com directly into your browser’s address bar — do not search for it on Google. There are dozens of unofficial copycat sites that appear in search results. The official URL always ends in .kroger.com. Bookmark it once you’ve confirmed you’re on the right page.
2
Enter your Enterprise User ID (EUID)
Type your EUID exactly as assigned — lowercase, no spaces. EUIDs are typically your initials followed by a 5–6 digit number. Click Continue to proceed to the password screen. If you get an “account not found” error, double-check capitalization — EUIDs are case-sensitive.
3
Enter your password and click Sign In
Enter your SSO password. This is the same password you use on the in-store computers, MyTime, and the FEED app — all Kroger portals share one password through the SSO system. Click Sign In. If you see “I Agree” to a terms screen, click it to proceed.
4
Complete multi-factor authentication if prompted
Some accounts require MFA verification via a code sent to your registered work email or phone. Complete the prompt when shown. If Microsoft Authenticator opens instead of the login page, see the troubleshooting section below for the exact fix.
5
You’re in — explore your MyInfo dashboard
Your personalized dashboard loads with quick links to your most-used tools. The navigation menu gives you access to Pay, Schedule, Benefits, Personal Info, and more. Bookmark this page so you don’t have to type the URL again.

How to Check Your Kroger Work Schedule in MyInfo

Work schedules in Kroger’s system are managed by MyTime (powered by UKG/Kronos). MyInfo contains the gateway to MyTime — you access your schedule through MyInfo, but the scheduling system itself lives inside MyTime. Here’s how to get there:

1
Log into myinfo.kroger.com
Use your EUID and password as described above.
2
Find the MyTime or Schedule quick link
On the MyInfo dashboard, look for a MyTime tile or a Schedule link in the navigation menu. Some divisions show this as My E-Schedule or My E-Plan.
3
Click through to view your weekly schedule
MyTime opens with your current week’s schedule. Use the date arrows to navigate to future or past weeks. You can also request shift swaps, submit time-off requests, and check your approved PTO balance from here.
Prefer the dedicated MyTime guide? For the full breakdown of checking your Kroger schedule online — including shift swaps, the new June 2025 clock-in policy, and UKG Dimensions access — see our complete MyTime Kroger login and schedule guide.

How to View Your Paystub in MyInfo

1
Log in and navigate to Payroll or Pay Stubs
From the MyInfo dashboard, click on Payroll or Pay Stubs in the main menu. Some roles see this under My Pay or Earnings.
2
Select your pay period
Pay stubs are listed by pay period end date. Select the one you want. Remember — stubs are posted every Wednesday for the following Friday payday. If it’s Monday or Tuesday, the current week’s stub doesn’t exist yet.
3
View and download as PDF
Click View to open the pay stub, then Download or Print. Save copies to cloud storage (Google Drive, iCloud) — Kroger only retains records for 2.5 years.

For a complete guide including how to read every line on your pay stub, deductions explained, and direct deposit setup, see our Kroger paystub complete guide.

How to Reset Your MyInfo Kroger Password

Kroger requires a password change every 90 days. This is the single most common reason employees can’t log in — the password expired without warning between visits. Here are all the ways to reset it:

1
Use “Forgot Password” on the login page (fastest from home)
On the myinfo.kroger.com login screen, click Forgot Password or Password Help. Enter your 7-digit EUID. Follow the identity verification steps using your employee ID and date of birth. Create a new password and sign in.
2
Use the IAM self-service tool on a store computer (fastest at work)
The Identity Access Management (IAM) tool is available on in-store computers and is the fastest reset method when you’re physically at the store. Ask your manager or bookkeeper to open the IAM tool for you. Enter your EUID and follow the prompts.
3
Call the Kroger IT Help Desk
Call 1-800-952-8889 ext. 47. Have your employee ID and store number ready. They can unlock your account and initiate a password reset. Note the call date and rep name in case you need to follow up.
Pro tip: Set a 80-day calendar reminder The moment you create a new password, add a reminder to your phone for 80 days from now. Reset proactively before it expires and you’ll never be locked out mid-shift or the day before a tax deadline.

Password requirements: Minimum 8 characters · At least one uppercase letter · At least one number · At least one special character · Cannot reuse your last 5 passwords.

Troubleshooting MyInfo Kroger: Problems and how to fix them

❌ “Invalid credentials” — I know my password is right
Password expiry is the cause in 80% of these cases. Kroger passwords expire every 90 days without a clear warning. Try resetting first before assuming anything else is wrong:
  1. Click Forgot Password on the login page
  2. Enter your EUID and verify with your employee ID + date of birth
  3. Create a new password (8+ characters, upper, number, special character)
  4. Open a fresh browser tab and log in again
If reset fails: call 1-800-952-8889 ext. 47.
❌ My account is locked — too many failed attempts
Account lockouts cannot be self-resolved through the portal. You need:
  • At work: Ask your store manager or bookkeeper to unlock via the IAM admin tool — fastest option.
  • From home: Call the IT Help Desk at 1-800-952-8889 ext. 47. Have your employee ID and store number ready.
After unlocking, reset your password immediately before attempting to log in again.
❌ myinfo.kroger.com won’t load or shows a blank page
Work through these in order:
  1. Check your internet connection — switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa
  2. Clear your browser cache: Chrome → Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data → Cached images & files
  3. Try a different browser — Chrome or Edge work best; Safari occasionally has session issues with Kroger’s SSO
  4. Disable any VPN — Kroger’s authentication servers may block VPN IP ranges
  5. Check that your device date and time are set to automatic — incorrect device time breaks SSO authentication
  6. Try the mobile browser version or the FEED app as a workaround
If the issue persists across multiple devices and browsers, it may be a server-side Kroger maintenance window — wait an hour and try again.
❌ I don’t know my EUID
Your EUID was assigned during onboarding. Find it by:
  • Checking your new hire paperwork or offer letter — the EUID is often included
  • Looking in the automated onboarding emails from Kroger HR
  • Asking your store manager or bookkeeper — they can look it up in under a minute
  • Calling the Help Desk at 1-800-952-8889 — they can verify your identity and provide your EUID
❌ Login redirects to Microsoft Authenticator instead of the password screen
This is a known issue when Microsoft Authenticator is installed on your device. The Kroger SSO system tries to route through it and gets stuck.
  1. Quick fix: Temporarily uninstall Microsoft Authenticator, then log into MyInfo normally with your EUID and password
  2. Once logged in successfully, reinstall Authenticator and configure your Kroger work email account within it properly
  3. If reinstalling Authenticator causes the same issue again, contact 1-800-952-8889 ext. 47 to have your MFA settings adjusted
❌ I work at Ralphs / Fred Meyer / King Soopers — is my portal different?
No — identical portal, identical URL, identical credentials. All Kroger-family banner stores use the same MyInfo system at myinfo.kroger.com. Your EUID and password work regardless of which banner you work under. When you log in, MyInfo automatically loads your division’s content based on your store assignment.
❌ I’m a former Kroger employee — can I still log into MyInfo?
Once your employment ends, your EUID is deactivated and MyInfo portal access ends. Former employees can:
  • Access W-2 forms through mytaxform.com using Kroger employer code 10575 — see our former employee W-2 guide
  • Request pay stubs in person at any Kroger Customer Service desk with valid ID
  • Call Kroger Employee Services at 1-800-576-4377 for payroll records assistance

Frequently Asked Questions — MyInfo Kroger Login

What is the official MyInfo Kroger login URL?
The official URL is myinfo.kroger.com. Always type this directly into your browser’s address bar — do not search for it. Many unofficial copycat sites appear in search results with similar-looking URLs (myinfo-kroger.com, www-myinfo-kroger.com, kroger-myinfo.xyz etc.) — these are not Kroger’s official site and you should never enter your credentials on them. The real site’s URL always ends in .kroger.com.
Is MyInfo the same as ESS Kroger?
Yes — they’re the same system. ESS (Employee Self-Service) is the category name; MyInfo is the portal name. ess.kroger.com and myinfo.kroger.com both route through Kroger’s SSO to the same dashboard with the same credentials. ExpressHR, SecureWEB, and Kroger Associate Connect are older names for the same underlying system.
Can I access MyInfo Kroger from home?
Yes — MyInfo is fully accessible from any device with an internet connection, 24/7. You do not need to be on the store’s network or use a VPN (in fact, some VPNs interfere with the login). Access it from your personal computer, phone, or tablet using your EUID and password exactly as you would on a store computer.
How often does the MyInfo Kroger password expire?
Every 90 days. Kroger’s security policy requires all SSO passwords to be changed on this cycle. The system gives limited advance warning, which is why many employees are caught off guard. Set a calendar reminder 80 days after each password change so you can reset proactively before being locked out.
Is there a Kroger MyInfo app?
There is no app specifically called “MyInfo Kroger.” The official Kroger employee mobile app is called FEED Mobile, published by The Kroger Co. on the App Store and Google Play. FEED gives you access to all MyInfo features — paystubs, schedule, W-2s, benefits — from your phone. See the full FEED app guide.
What is the Kroger EUID and how do I find it?
Your Enterprise User ID (EUID) is the username Kroger assigns at hiring — typically your initials followed by a number string (e.g., jd12345). It’s in your new hire paperwork, onboarding emails from Kroger HR, or can be looked up by your store manager or bookkeeper. If you can’t find it anywhere, call the Help Desk at 1-800-952-8889.
Does MyInfo work for all Kroger banners — Ralphs, King Soopers, Fred Meyer?
Yes — all Kroger-family banner stores use the same MyInfo portal at myinfo.kroger.com. This includes Ralphs, King Soopers, Fred Meyer, Harris Teeter, Smith’s Food & Drug, Fry’s, Dillons, Pick ‘n Save, Mariano’s, and QFC. Your EUID and password are the same regardless of which banner you work under.
