MyTime.Kroger.com is the official employee login portal for Kroger associates. It allows team members across all Kroger-owned stores (including Ralphs, Fred Meyer, King Soopers, and more) to:

How to Check Your Kroger Work Schedule (E-Schedule)

Once logged in:
  • Click on “My E-Schedule” or “My E-Plan“
  • View your current and upcoming shifts
  • Access schedule changes or time-off approvals
  • Print or export your weekly plan if needed
